| Nobuyoshi Doi is a Guitarist residing in Tokyo, Japan who plays Fender Stratocasters and Wasburn guitars. His influences include Steve Vai, Shawn Lane, Nuno Bettencourt, and many other high caliber guitar players. He has studied at GIT and has even traveled to Chicago to take private lessons. The above sample sound clip is of Nobuyoshi and George improvising over a modal progression derived from the Melodic Minor scale.
Nobuyoshi is very dedicated to his music and practices as often as he possibly can. Stating how he wishes he could take it to the next level as a professional musician, and not have to rely on his day job to make a living.
